Learning to draw or paint is, I believe, as easy or difficult as learning to play
the piano, dance a ballet or write prose. They are learned skills that require patience and practice, trial and error. It may be true
that there is only one Mozart or Michealangelo, but anyone can learn to
play Mozart or paint a beautiful painting. I don't think there is any room
for exclusion in art. Art should be created and experienced by anyone.
